Myrtle Beach Limo Operator Network
A Grand Strand rider posts one trip. Qualified operators submit sealed prices. The company that wins gets the booking. Riders pay a deposit to the platform that is credited against their fare, so the network is funded without charging you per lead.
If you run a licensed fleet on this coast, you already know the arithmetic that broke lead buying. You pay for a contact record. So do four other companies. Everyone dials inside the same four minutes, one of you books the job, and the rest have paid for the privilege of irritating somebody who had already decided. Those losses do not disappear; they get priced into every quote you give for the rest of the month.
This limo operator network works the other way around. A rider posts a specific trip: date, route, headcount, hours. Every vetted operator whose fleet fits gets to see it and submit one sealed price. You are not racing a dial tone, you are not buying a name, and if you lose the trip you owe nothing. The rider-facing explanation lays out what they see; this page covers your side of it.
What we ask in return is a real bar to entry. Registration, authority, insurance, honest vehicle photos and accountability after the trip. That bar is the product. Riders trust the bids because the field is filtered, and the field being filtered is what makes your bid worth submitting.
Bid on Real Trips, Not Recycled Leads
How This Differs From Buying Leads
Both models put work in front of you. Only one of them charges you before the work exists.
| The question | Buying leads | Bidding here |
|---|---|---|
| What you are buying | A contact record, sold to several companies at once | Nothing. You bid on a trip that has already been posted |
| When money changes hands | Up front, per lead, converted or not | After you win, on the booking itself |
| Who else received it | Competitors holding the same phone number you paid for | Every qualified operator sees the trip; none of them see your price |
| What the rider expects | A form they filled in somewhere and may not remember | Bids. They posted the trip on purpose and are waiting |
| How you win it | Dialing first | Your price, your vehicle and your record |
| Cost of losing | The lead fee, unrecoverable | Nothing |
Four Things We Will Not Do to You
Commitments that shape how the network is built, not preferences we can quietly drop later.
We Don't Resell the Trip
A posted trip is not a contact record with a price tag. It is never sold to a broker, never bundled into a list, and never routed to five companies as a race. The rider's details are released once, to the operator whose bid they accept.
You Bid on Real Work
Every request is a person who filled out a form for a specific date and route, on their own initiative. No scraped records, no resurrected inquiries from two seasons ago, no traffic bought from a third party and dressed up as demand.
You Pay Only on a Win
No per-lead charge, no monthly subscription, no fee for the bids that go nowhere. Bid on twenty trips, win two, and you owe on the two. The eighteen losses cost you the time it took to price them.
Your Pricing Stays Yours
Bids are sealed in both directions. Competitors never see your figure, and we do not publish market averages assembled out of it. What you quote is between you and the rider who posted the trip.
What It Takes to Get Approved
Verification happens before your first bid goes out, not after a rider complains. Five requirements, checked at onboarding and kept current afterward. A lapse pauses bidding privileges rather than generating a warning email you can file and forget.
How Bidding Works From Your Side
The Trip Arrives, Not a Name
You receive the job specification: date, times, pickup area, destination, passenger count, any special requirements the rider flagged. You do not receive their name or number, which is the point. Filtering happens on fleet capability, so requests you cannot cover are not sent to you.
You Submit One Sealed Price
Your total, the vehicle you are assigning, its photographs and your credentials. No competitor's figure is visible before or after, and there is no revision round, so price the job the way you would price it for a repeat client who called you directly.
Win It and Run It
If the rider accepts, their contact details come to you alone and the booking becomes a direct agreement with your company on your terms. You collect the deposit, you handle dispatch, you invoice. The booking deposit applies to that booking and to nothing else.
