Contact Best Limos of Myrtle Beach

One written channel for everything that is not a trip request. Ask about the bidding process, an existing booking, joining the operator network, accessibility, or press.

The Only Inbox

This form is how you reach the people who run the Myrtle Beach limo marketplace. There is no phone line and no published email address, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. Written messages get read by the same person twice, keep a record both sides can point at, and cannot be lost in a voicemail box on a Saturday in July.

Tell us what you actually need in the message field. A subject line plus two sentences of context almost always gets a better answer than a one line note asking whether we can help, because we can answer the real question on the first pass instead of writing back to ask what you meant.

Planning a trip? Do not use this form for that. Post it as a bid request and licensed operators will price it directly, which is faster than anything we could do on your behalf.

Send Us a Message

Four fields. Pick the closest subject and tell us the rest.

We reply to this address and nothing else. It is never passed to an operator.

Messages reach the marketplace team only. Nothing sent here is shared with operators or resold to anyone.

Pick the Subject That Matches Your Question

The subject field is not decoration. It decides which pile your message lands in, and picking the wrong one is the most common reason a reply takes longer than it should.

IfYou want prices for a trip, then close this form and post a bid request. We cannot quote on an operator's behalf, and guessing would waste your time.
IfYou have already accepted a bid and something needs to change, then choose "An existing booking" and name the date and the operator, so we know which job you mean.
IfYou run a licensed fleet on the Grand Strand, then choose "Operator application" and tell us your vehicle classes. The requirements are listed on the operator page first.
IfSomething on this site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard or magnifier, then choose the accessibility option and describe the page and the barrier. Those get read first.
IfYou want a copy of your data or want it deleted, then choose "Privacy request" and use the email address you posted the trip with, so we can match the record.
IfYou are writing about the blind bid model for a publication, then choose "Press or media" and include your deadline in the first line.

Use the Bid Form for Anything With a Date on It

Riders sometimes send trip details here because a contact form feels like the polite front door. It is the slower route. A message to us has to be read, understood and then turned into the same request you could have posted yourself, and it still reaches nobody who owns a vehicle until that happens.

Which channel does what
What you needContact formBid request
Prices for a specific tripNoYes, from every operator that fits

The process walkthrough answers most of what riders write in about, and it takes about three minutes to read. If your question survives that page, send it here and we will answer it properly.

What Happens After You Hit Send

Every message is read by a person. We work through them in the order they arrive, with two exceptions that jump the queue: a booking that happens within the next day or two, and any report of an accessibility barrier on the site.

We are not going to print a response time here. Any number we published would be a promise made on behalf of a small team during a season when the Grand Strand doubles in population, and a guarantee we cannot hold in July is worse than no guarantee at all. What we will say is that nothing sits unread, and that a message with dates and specifics in it gets a real answer rather than a request for more information.

What We Cannot Do From This Inbox

Some limits are worth stating plainly rather than discovering after you write in. We cannot quote a price, because we are not the carrier and the number would be invented. We cannot cancel, move or refund a booking you made with an operator, because that contract is theirs and their terms govern it. We cannot take payment of any kind through this site.

What we can do is explain how bidding works, chase an operator who has gone quiet on a live booking, correct or remove your data, fix an accessibility problem, and review a fleet that wants to join. That list is short on purpose. A marketplace that starts making promises on behalf of the companies inside it stops being a marketplace.

If You Came Here to Book, Start Here

Post the trip once and licensed Grand Strand operators bid on it privately. It reaches the people with the vehicles, which a message to us does not.

Contact FAQ

Questions About Reaching Us

Why the site works this way, and what to expect once you send something.

Why is there no phone number or email address anywhere on this site?
Because both would recreate the phone tag the marketplace exists to remove. Trip details belong in the bid request, where every qualified operator sees the same information at the same time. Everything else belongs in the message form on this page, which produces a written record for both sides.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We do not publish a response time, because we will not promise one we cannot hold during peak season. Messages are read in the order they arrive. Bookings inside the next day or two and accessibility barrier reports are pulled to the front of the queue.
Can I get a price quote through this form?
No, and any number we gave you would be a guess. We do not own vehicles or set operator rates. Post the trip as a bid request and licensed fleets will price the actual job, including the dead time and vehicle class that a rough estimate always misses.
I already booked through the site and need to change something. Who do I write to?
Contact the operator first. They hold the booking, their cancellation and change terms apply, and they can usually fix it in one exchange. If they go quiet or the answer does not match what they bid, send us a message with the date and the company name and we will look at it.
Do you share what I write with the limo operators?
No. Messages sent through this form go to the marketplace team only. They are not forwarded to operators, not attached to a bid request, and not sold to anyone. The one exception is obvious from context: if you ask us to chase a booking, we have to tell that operator you are asking.
I run a limo company. Is this the right place to apply?
Yes, using the operator application subject. Read the requirements on the for operators page first, because the checks are the same for everyone: South Carolina business registration, the passenger carrier authority for your vehicle classes, and current commercial livery insurance. Tell us what you run and where you are based.
How do I make a privacy or data deletion request?
Use this form and choose the privacy subject. Write from the email address you used to post the trip so we can match your request to a record without asking you for more personal information than we already hold. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
Something on the site does not work with my screen reader. Where does that go?
Straight into this form under the accessibility subject, and it gets read ahead of the general queue. Tell us the page, the assistive technology you use and what happened. The accessibility statement lists the features already built in and the limits we know about.
